1. Features

2. General description
Vibrating fluidized bed dryers are widely used for drying, cooling and moistening (or simultaneous) operations of powder or particulate materials. The material is fed into the machine from the feed port and continuously moves forward with the height of the fluidized bed under the action of vibration force. Hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the moist material. The humid air is then discharged through the exhaust fan, and some fine powder is collected by the cyclone and the dust remover, and the dried product is discharged from the discharge port.

3. Othere application
Pharmaceutical and chemical industries: various tablets and granules, boric acid, borax, dihydroxybenzene, malic acid, maleic acid, etc.
Food industry: Distilled grains, monosodium glutamate, edible salt, slag, bean seeds, mushroom extract, chicken essence, coconut and so on.
